I provide counselling to help with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief/loss, personal growth, relationships, life transitions, anger management, and addiction. I am able to offers services for individual adults. My practice is an integrated approach that helps people to gain control and strength over difficult situations, memories, and emotions. I incorporate Gestalt Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help clients achieve healing and growth.

Due to COVID-19 all sessions will be offered remotely (video or telephone) until safety can be guaranteed.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
My approach to counselling is collaborative and supportive. Compassion, patience, and understanding are at the root of everything I do. Our sessions will provide you with structured methods for reducing pain and suffering associated with difficult thoughts and emotions. I will help you to discover the origins of problematic thinking and behaviour, as well as how to better understand your own unique triggers. I also have extensive experience working with trauma and can help you escape being trapped by difficult memories.
